How can I change to my video after it's been uploaded?
First login to your account and click on “My Video” link located on your profile page. Browse your videos and press the "Remove" button to delete a video or click on "Edit video" link to edit it.
If selected how long will I be a featured producer?
Once you are selected as a featured producer you will stay a featured producer for three months at a time. If you continue to work hard and grind, you will have the opportunity to stay one and receive those benefits
Can we sign up as a production team?
Yes, It is not required for each person in the team to create an account but we encourage each producer on the team to create a individual profile to enter into more beat battles, sponsored contest, become featured and also various other opportunities that you lose out on by only having one production team account.
What are the system requirements to watch videos?
In order to watch videos on Producers Live, you must have access to the following system requirements:
1. Macromedia Flash Player 8.0+ plug-in
2. Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
3. Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
4. Firefox 1.1+, Internet Explorer 5.0+ or Safari 1.0+
5. Broadband connection with 500+ Kbps
What video file formats can I upload?
Producer Live accepts multiple video file formats such as .WMV, .AVI, .MOV and .MPG transferred from most digital cameras, camcorders and mobile phones.
What should I do if I have forgotten my username or password?
If you have forgotten your password and/or username, select forgot your password
Does it cost to join Producers Live?
Producers Live offers all of its services for a small yearly or monthly payment package. Investing in yourself is a sign that you are willing to do what it takes to be successful in the music industry.
